Crossloop is one of the best if not the best remote desktop sharing software in the market today. It is so user-friendly that anyone even novices in computers, students, senior citizens would love. It is a very simple and easy to use software that brings computers and their owners together. Crossloop was founded by Tom Rolanders, one of the pioneers of the PC Operating System, a Senior Software Developer & bestfriend of Gary Kildall, founder of Digital Research and inventor of CPM the other operating system being considered for IBM PCs.

Crossloop goal is to bring people closer which I could say they have been successful specially with their version 1.20. Lots of people now are now able to assist even their families - kids, moms and dads who are not that computer literate; even businesses benefit a lot from Crossloop specially in areas wherein a user of a certain workstation who needs technical support in configuring his computer for other software installations, email client configuration, add/remove of hardwares and softwares - could now be able to get real-time support without any need for the support department to send somebody over to manually configure the user’s PC.

• Capture testimonials and referrals easily. When logged in to the client, the new post-roll for each session enables you to capture customer feedback:
  • Rate the person who helped you or whom you helped
  • Use tags (keywords) that describe the purpose of the session

For virtual assistance business, Crossloop is the top of the line internet remote sharing tool to be effective not only in the field of technical support but in the areas whenever customers would want to didactically point out to the VA whatever tasks he wanted to be done the way he wants it to happen. It is just like doing the tasks by himself only that someone else is doing it for him and all he had to do is check and verify if the tasks being done is according to what he really intends them to be. Moreover, we are going to watch every step they take as Tom Rolander, along with his team continue what Gary Kildall had not finished during his time and probably relinquish and change history as it is supposed to be.
